AN OUT OF THE ORDINARY OCTET: RICHARD REED PARRY’S WORLD PREMIERE AT THE OSM
The world premiere of Richard Reed Parry's impressive piece commissioned and performed by the Montreal Symphony Orchestra is taking place Friday, February 16 at 6:30 PM at Salle Bourgie. Eight double bassists will perform Parry's new work "Startled Movements of Small Animals in Peril" alongside a worldclass selection of composers.
