ANASTASIA STATSENKO

Communications & Administrative Coordinator

anastasia statsenko is a Ukrainian-Canadian designer, artist, and researcher currently completing a BFA in Design and Computation Arts at Concordia University in Tiohtià:ke, or Montreal. Working across and inbetween digital and print media, textile, and installation, anastasia is especially motivated by projects grounded in a participatory spirit, valuing sustainability and creative experimentation. 

Recently, anastasia's work was exhibited in le Magasin, the storefront of APRIM’s exhibition space for the printed arts, at the Convergence 6 Art-Science exhibition and symposium, and as part of the Sociability of Sleep's graduate colloquium, Somnambulations II: critical approaches to sleep. 

Seeking to learn about the work that nurtures this city's vibrant arts and culture scene, anastasia is excited to join Envision's team as an administrative assistant, providing behind-the-scenes support to a creative production company that brings dreams and visions to life.
