Purpose: Envision Management & Production is seeking a responsible, motivated and enterprising person to assist in executing the principle administrative functions of its artist management & production company, as well as the various other companies and projects overseen by the team.
Position type: One-year contract with possibility for renewal, 2 days/week, salaried position
Location: Montreal (Rosemont/Petite-Patrie)
Reports to: Operations Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with financial management: help plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of financial and accounting departments;
Assist with office management: support company operations by maintaining office systems;
Interest in the music industry, artist management and artistic production
Administrative work experience in a small business or cultural enterprise
Experience in project management, project evaluation and budgeting
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Simply Accounting, various CMS a bonus
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, time management and problem solving
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and French
Open to working in a collaborative environment and autonomously
Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
